An Apparent Musical Comedy...

I went to see Lucienne last night. Great laughs were had by all, it was fabulous. I was a little disappointed that it wasn't just him doing a stand-up routine but you can't knock the ensemble he had with him. They certainly did their Miramichi homework, I'll tell ya. Lots of songs dedicated to UPM, Tanker Malley and our wonderful Liberal MLA, Charlie Hubbard. They also took into account that everyone (except me, wasn't home yet) went to the Stones concert and the majority of their songs were parodies of Rolling Stones songs. Bravo and well done. I left my camera home (thinking we weren't allowed) and it turns out, I could have taken pics, doh! I'll have to dig through my hardrive and see what I can come up with. It really sucks that I can't put a pic up with the post, I have to wait to do it in the edit.

Apparently I'm now getting flak from Liss and Darc about MyDyslexicFriends not having enough about their dyslexic ways. Can you believe it? I'm not doing enough making fun of them, I love it. This is one of the many reasons ya gotta love my gang. Guess I'll have to start making more notes particularly since my original copy's still missing (although I haven't really looked for it yet) but Liss, I'll tell ya, the harassment's not really,
"Helpening," - Liss me increase my search. Heeehee, you asked for that one baby. May have to include more blackmail pics though. That's ok, that'll be my focus this weekend back at the camp. Be warned, there'll be enough of them to be found... I just haven't tried yet. Muwahahahaa!

I went back to Kelly's this weekend to have a sit and say and cut hers and Cathy's hair. Some interesting job opportunities have been in the works the last couple of months and it seems like the ball is now officially rolling. Can't say too much right now but let's put it this way, it's gonna look some good on my resume. I'll keep y'all (sorry for the Southern slip of the euphamism there) posted as it evolves and as I can talk about it more.

In the meantime though, there were lots of drinks being had. Kelly was originally going to be the DD but I knew better. The chocolatinis took their toll and Kelly became officially inebriated, with Cathy not too far behind. I knew I stayed sober for a reason, made that much easier by a bad dizzy spell in the middle of it. Dag nab it, just when you think it's safe to sit back and enjoy life, another dizzy spell comes along. Ah well, one every couple of weeks is nowhere near as bad as the six weeks I had to live with it on a daily basis.

That's about it for now. Gonna go get ready 'cause I'm starting the ball rolling of transferring the car to my name. First stop, the bank to get one of those slips for direct deposit/withdrawls and then off to Tozer/Jones Insurance. Hmm, I wonder if Liss went in today, she wasn't feeling too good last night. Hopefully I left her contagion back at their house of quarantine.

Hope your hat's fitting better Darcy (or should I say Kramer) after the haircut. More later...
