60-0km/h In The Blink Of An Eye
Well, another weekend survived back at the camp, as you can see, it was quite warm and that was about 5pm. on saturday. It was an interesting one, to say the least.
We've learned a lesson and that's to stop getting so bloody wasted on friday night, saving little to no energy for saturday night. Although, I did somehow manage to muster enough energy to get on Darcy's bike and with him on the skidoo and Scott on his bike, we had a great trek. I forgot how much fun quads could be. We've also learned that 60-0km/h in the blink of an eye is nowhere near as fun as 0-60km/h in 3sec. Blast those bikes in soft snow and ditches that are still there.
I got to spend my first weekend next door and great fun was had. Interesting how you manage to spread your personal belongings all through one camp in the span of a couple of days, even moreso when it now becomes divided between two camps. I think I managed to find everything.
Ok, today's the day I start my job. Sheesh, to be going from campaigning for the Conservatives (not willingly of course but for $11/hr., I'll campaign for Ossama by this point) to helping people sort out their credit rating. It'll be interesting, to say the least. I wonder what my training will hold. Hmmm, where's my portfolio.
Hopefully this'll keep Matt appeased for a bit. Hey Matt, don't expect too many entries. I only signed up for one 'cause I had to to leave a comment on yours. Hmmm, I'm starting to see the blogging conspiracy here.Next trip will be to get a few more pictures up as I'm a bit of an aspiring photographer but right now, a shower is needed and a criminal background check. Hmmm, I wonder if they know about the illegal alien thing, heehee!
To all of you who venture forth, beware of telling the difference between your, "Sporks and Foons." -Dean
